The owner of a three-bedroomed holiday lodge near Carnforth had seen a drop in bookings so asked me to refurbish his lodge. With a fairly small budget, it was important to keep costs down while still making sure the property was more appealing to a modern market. We turned a tired and dated lodge into a modern holiday home.
