#  Refurb show home for sale in a prime city location

This dormer bungalow was freshly painted, but with no furnishings and some slightly strange-shaped rooms, potential buyers were finding it difficult to see how they could live in the house. This is a common problem with ex-show homes, so one that I was used to working with.

The property had been on the market for around 4 months with very little interest, despite being an amazing property in a prime city development. By styling it with modern furniture in a way that demonstrated how to best use those unusually shaped rooms, the bungalow was sold over the asking price very soon after.
