Yes. We style and refresh holiday lets, Airbnb properties, B&Bs, bars, bistros and other commercial spaces to help them stand out in a competitive market. Whether you're launching a brand-new holiday property or giving an existing one a fresh new look, we create inviting, memorable interiors that attract more guests, encourage repeat bookings and maximise your investment.

We are based in the Lake District, and Interior Design tends to be within the hour or so however, we are able to help people with Staging properties across the UK.

We're based in the Lake District and regularly work throughout Cumbria, the North West, the North East and South West Scotland. Our interior design projects are generally within an hour of our base, while our home staging services extend to around a three-hour travel radius. But we have undertaken staging projects across the UK, so wherever your property is located, we'd be delighted to hear from you.

We offer a complimentary 20-minute discovery call to discuss your project, understand your goals and ensure we're the right fit for you.

If you'd like to move forward, our expert property consultation starts from £399 + VAT and includes up to 2½ hours at your property. During the visit, we'll provide tailored advice and practical recommendations, whether you're preparing a home for sale, planning an interior design project, refreshing a holiday let or enhancing your property's appeal.

The consultation fee includes travel within a 30-minute drive of our Lake District base. For properties further afield, an additional travel charge may apply, which will always be discussed and agreed in advance.
