I really would suggest in order to boost your chances of selling your home and achieve the highest price possible, to enhance your property`s by eliminating problem, making clean and tidy all over!!

Adding nice items that enhance you property, always making sure you best features stand out and all for very little outlay, as your direct competition is a Show home .

M y quick list of the 10 things you need to sort out before you sell your house;

. Clutter too many things into small of a space!

2. Miss use of colour- bright colours or mixture of shades put people off- work to do before can move in.

3. Lack of cleanliness- dirty house done sell well.

4. Improper furniture placement- to much or too little furniture

5. Lack of focal point in a room ie fire place or console table

6. In effective use of lighting - blubs out or no lamps in rooms

7. Inadequate or misuse of storage- pushing item in cupboard is not good as make house look over crowded even if it not!

8. Out side space - Kurb appeal need out side as nice as inside the property always tidy and clean add plants -seasonal tubs .

9. Improper use of accessories ie bike in the lounge, kids toys everywhere , too many books etc.

10. Lack of life -meaning natural products flowers plants to encourage feelings of well-being
